Fitness on the Weekend : February 21, 22, 23

A nice change of pace for the weather this week! Hope you have been enjoying it!
If you are not participating in the Triple Crown - Anthem 5K this weekend, there is still plenty of ways to have fun and get your fit in.

Burrito Riders - https://www.facebook.com/BurritoRiders Grab your bikes and pass out breakfast burritos to the homeless. Check the website and facebook page for meeting location and times. Or if you just want to make burritos - check them out!

PiYo - $8 drop-in or mention you are a Fit in Lou reader and your first class is free - Just need a mat.

Sunday -

Spin Class - VO2 Multisport - FREE - Bring your bike and trainer (They also offer free yoga for athletes on Mondays)
Sweaty Sheep Yoga - FREE
Zumba - FitMe Studio - $8 for drop-ins
