Think running is a solo sport? It definitely does not have to be! There are several local groups that offer group runs, training, support - to help beat that little voice in your head, and advice throughout the week. Meeting up with running groups gives you support and accountability to meet your goals for this coming year. Needless to say - meet some pretty cool people along the way too that share your common interest.
